Mr. and Mrs. Page | Morningside Church & Cleveland Park | Spartanburg, SC

Morgan and I connected through her mom who works at the bank I bank with. She noticed my passion for my job and asked for me to meet with her newly engaged daughter.

When I met with them it was probably the longest meeting I have had with a bride. We hit it off immediately and enjoyed talking about all aspects of wedding planning and really connected throughout the conversation.

At the meeting she told me that Austin is in the military. Just that morning they had gotten word that they would need to move their wedding up due to military obligations. This could have easily stressed any bride out, but Morgan was taking it gracefully and composed and just excited to marry the man of her dreams. Their original date was set for summer 2019, rescheduling it to December seemed like the natural option with Morgan having time off from teaching then as well.

Their wedding was a couple days after Christmas. All of the gorgeous holiday decorations still adorn the beautiful chapel and went seamlessly with Morgan and Austin’s color scheme of red, white, and navy blue.

The church also had a beautiful bridal room to get ready in. Morgan was full of grace and ease as she got ready. She had told me how she rarely wears make up and wanted a very natural look on her wedding day. Her makeup artist listened to this request and did a fabulous job! Austin was also cool and calm on wedding day. He enjoyed time with his groomsmen as he got ready for the big moment.

They shared a no-look moment together, that was tender and sweet. They held hands without looking and prayed together.

Dressed in his formal blues, Austin looked mighty handsome for his beautiful bride. Morgan was a vision in her gown that completed her bridal glow perfectly. The cherry on top of this beautiful bride and groom where the blue hydrangeas that the florist surprised her with in her bouquet.

The had their reception in Cleveland Park, which is a beautiful park in Spartanburg, SC. We got to do sunset portraits with them and their bridal party. Their reception had a s’mores and hot chocolate bars paired with their wedding cupcakes. They enjoyed dancing, food, and friends all evening. Her dad was hilarious and you could tell that Morgan and her dad had a very special relationship spanning from a daddy’s girl to best friends. Morgan and her dad did a surprise fun daddy daughter dance at the reception. They started with the traditional slow dance that suddenly turned into some fun and funky moves.

At the end of the evening, Austin and Morgan left in a flurry of confetti. It was fun and unique. We even used some confetti to create some creative pictures of Morgan and Austin last moments at their reception. They were then off to their honeymoon and their life together. I am happy to introduce you all to Mr. and Mrs. Austin Page!
