Kristin and Sam | 701 Whaley

This day was everything! Kristin and Sam were unbelievably sweet. Kristin’s laugh was making me smile all day and Sam’s tender character was so adorable to see. ANDDD as always it is an amazing experience to 2nd shoot with Celia G.

One of the first things photographers do on the wedding day is shoot the details. While we were shooting her very sleek and beautiful dress, her gorgeous wedding suite, her blinged out bracelet, and of course the rings, Celia and I were talking about the Mrs. Boxes and how we wanted one! Minutes later Kristin opened the gift from Sam and it was a Mrs. Box. We both died! Sam, you did good. Other grooms, take notes. These little velvet ring boxes are on every bride’s want list.

Things just got better from there! Kristin’s bridesmaids had the new Anthropology bridesmaid’s dresses that were the most beautiful lavender, and the guys navy suites were the most perfect complement. They had the greatest favors by leaving notes to the guest saying in lue of favors they were making a donation to different charities and organizations. Ahh my heart! All of it was so amazing.

Kristin and Sam’s day was also an emotional day! Both their families were so close from Kristin’s small family to Sam’s incredibly large family you could tell how much they were loved by all. The toast from these sweet people had everyone crying…including myself. My heart was so full hearing their families pour out how much they loved these two.

I could talk all day about how amazing Kristin, Sam, their wedding party, and their families were, but I also need to give credit to their wonderful vendors. I was completely blown away by 701 Whaley and the team at by invitation only. The place settings, tables, centerpieces, catering tables, ceremony set up, down to the flowers everything was thought about and a bride’s dream. Hudson’s Catering was some of the tastiest food I have ever had at a wedding. Also, their band, Emerald Empire really knew how to throw a party. They even had the grandmas up shaken their thang! It was truly a privilege to shoot this wedding day with Celia G. I would do it all over again.
